About You

Are you passionate about helping others and supporting the employee experience? Our People Support Team is looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to be the first point of contact for operational HR queries and play a crucial role in managing reward and benefits administration.

Ideally you will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a dynamic environment. This is multi-skilled role, and experience in supporting our employees and managers through our iPortal and 'Knowledge Hub' will be key to his role. In addition, the post holder will have experience in the administration of key employee benefits like company cars, private medical insurance (PMI), life assurance, health screening, and more.

The Role

Reporting to the People Support Manager the key areas of responsibilities in this role include:

Reward & Benefits Administration

  • Lead on the administration of all colleague benefits including cycle to work, nursey scheme, PMI, Life Assurance.
  • Lead the administration of the long service award programme, liaising with individuals, line managers and the payroll team.
  • Be the main point of contact for all company car related queries, working closely with the supplier to ensure a smooth operation and a high level of customer service for our company car holders.

People Support Team

  • Ensure that all queries are triaged and proactively managed through to resolution in accordance with SLAs, providing a high level of customer service. Escalating to the People Support Manager or Business Specialist where appropriate.  
  • Contribute to the maintenance of the Knowledge hub, ensuring that policies, processes, and guidance remain accurate and up to date.  Proactively updating guidance in line with legislation, system updates and themes emerging from MyView queries and any other people related queries.
  • Process and manage requests for system changes to employee posts, team hierarchies or payroll groups with our provider Zellis.  

Your Attributes

You will have:

  • Experience in administering reward and benefits programs.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in using Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
  • Experience in an HR or people-focused role is advantageous.

 

You will bring:

  • Experience using Microsoft Applications, to an intermediate level including a high level of proficiency with Excel.
  • Good administrative and office skills are essential and experience in using computerised databases is desirable.  
  • Previous experience of working within an HR/People department would be advantageous. 
  • A basic understanding of GDPR.
