McCarthy Stone are recruiting for a professional and experienced Estate Manager to lead the team at our prestigious Ellisfields Court development in Taunton, Somerset on a 9-month fixed term contract.

As this role is offered on a fixed term contract, another manager will hold the registration to ensure we adhere to CQC regulations. The ideal candidate will need to have a management background in care and have an in depth understanding of CQC regulations.

Built in 2014, Ellisfields Court is a Retirement Living Plus development that consists of 58 apartments with the over 70's in mind, providing excellent on-site facilities and set within beautiful grounds. This is not traditional care, this is better! 

Salary: £36,124.84 per annum pro rata, plus benefits + Career Progression 

Hours: 38.75 per week - Monday to Friday with alternate weekends
