McCarthy Stone is looking for an organised, proactive Administrator to support our vibrant Cross Penny Court community in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. In this rewarding role, you’ll be central to enriching our homeowners' experience by delivering exceptional service and seamless support, alongside our Estate Manager.

Position Details:

  • Hour rate: £12.24 per hour
  • Hours: Permanent contract, Monday to Friday, as needed throughout the year

Role Highlights:

As our Administrator, you’ll welcome visitors, manage calls, and provide essential administrative support for our residents and the Estates Manager. Your role will include coordinating newsletters, managing bookings, supporting lunch reservations, and organising domestic rotas. Your attention to detail and friendly personality will make each resident feel valued.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A caring, friendly personality eager to make a difference.
  • Strong communication skills and a helpful attitude.
  • Previous work experience in an administrative role is an advantage.
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office and excellent time-management skills.
