We are building a Talent Pool for future House Manager vacancies, so members can be the first to hear when vacancies arise in preferred areas.
House Managers provide a pivotal role in creating vibrant welcoming communities. We’re seeking compassionate, organised, and proactive individuals with a passion for exceptional customer service to join our Talent Pool.

Salary: £24,333.93 (FTE) per annum, hourly rate £13.37
Flexible Hours: House Managers typically work a 25-30 hour week, always Monday to Friday

What You’ll Do:
In this dynamic and varied role, no two days are alike. As a House Manager, you will:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of a development
Consider customer needs and the support we could offer
Build and nurture relationships with customers, creating a vibrant community
Represent the McCarthy Stone brand, promoting homeowner events and activities
Provide a high standard of property management, creating a welcoming and secure environment.
What You Bring:

A background in customer-focused roles and a passion for people
The ability to work alone with a proactive approach to running the development
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
Emotional intelligence, empathy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
